Carefully pack the items and attach the return label clearly visible to the parcel.

Drop off your return at a DHL service point.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please note that returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

The items must show no signs of wear.
All original labels must still be attached to the item.
If possible, please return multiple items from the same order together.

RETURN COSTS

PARTIAL RETURN FREE

FULL RETURN €4.95

For a full return, a return shipping fee of €4.95 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND

As soon as we have received and checked your return, the refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Please note that processing your return may take a few business days after we receive it.
